Welcome 2010

Christmas eve: The happy thing is this year I had hubby with me, as many knows he will be in Dubai on all holidays eve. We had a mini pizza session at mum's place before heading home.
So the next about the unhappy thing was, we stayed at home for countdown. Immediately after 12 midnight, we were in lala land.

25th Dec : Had a mini gathering with the girls on Christmas and I really enjoy it though it might be a simple dinner, mini drinks session and not-really-good location (which is my house). The first fun part was preparation of food. None of the girls knew how to marinate so luckily Mummy Cynthia came and I am really surprised of her skills, and the meat she marinated was really DELICIOUS! Christina has to buck up, same goes to me!

2009 achievements:
- Had my own place, though the break-in, but it's a place where we call our nest.
- Had my iphone
that's too little right? but the others were job-related so no point.
2010 New Year Resolution:
- though many unhappy events passed, but it's now over. I had bad break-out on my face and body so i hope all this will be clear and i can regain my normal skin.
- Of course, a promotion in me and hubby career (which it's 80% of high chances for hubby, but me? unless the GM is not returning back to Japan).
- Finally, if possible, a special gift made of love could happen.

Holiday moods

regarding the title, the first i thought of is my previous days in Moto where i really feel the holiday moods unlike now.

Now is stress mood because HQ is on holiday during end of Dec to Jan and now we have to rush everything for them. Think the only consolable is BONUS and D&D on 4th Dec. Didn't have much fun and i think the most happy thing was i got a $200 Isetan vouchers and 1 night hotel stay @ IBIS. But even then, the IBIS brought me headache because the room isn't fantastic and I don't know when hubby can actually spend the night with me without thinking of rushing home for household chores!

Next was meeting up with the girls on either Xmas or New Yr, still waiting for Yen to reply and it will be held at my place for steamboat, drinks and Mahjong. After finalising the date, I will set up another gathering for Hubby's frds at our place too..

finally, it is our once-a-year break away during CNY. We will be heading to KOREA!! Bro-in-law partner in Korea will be hosting us and ferry us around to far away places while we will move on our own to Lotte World and nearby areas like DONGDAEMUN, NAMDAEMUN, Myeong Dong Insa-Don for shopping!! i am so looking forward to it!! 1.5 more months to go!

the super duper late update

pals must have been thinking the blog is dead..lolx..almost..i was sweeping the spidey webbys..

it was the busy 'chasing' of my job that makes me busy..and the endless 追命电话 from my customers and suppliers.

and something happen, i just checked my last update, which was the "family gathering at my place on 12th Oct". Probably when I am updating the blog, the 'something' happen.

ok, i stop going round the bush, this something was "break-in". In case you don't get what it mean, my house was been break in. and Fu*k, my valueables were gone..and in case you think what do i mean by valueables, it was all the gold jewellery given to me on my wedding day.

So i supppose it should be a good reason for not updating right? i was traustimised and it took me 5 weeks to heal from this wound. I was damn heart-broken (as if hubby left me), not because the valueables were gone but this fu*king idiot destroy my beautiful home!

there is a safe hiding inside a drawer, and the drawer was inside the wardrobe. So can you imagine he dismantle the wardrobe door and drawer door..

and the damaged on my main door, it was forced entry, can't be from window, because i am on the 21st floor.
Anyway, it's all over and the only consolable thing was i bought HOME INSURANCE, of the 100% that i have lost, i got back 45%.
With this incident, i have asked my family to move in and stay with me.
Hopefully, things will move on the right track for both of us and our new home.
