my jap class

i have started my jap lesson yesterday and i thought it was damn easy since i'm working in a jap firm, hearing japanese language everyday but who knows?! I got a "thinks we all know JAP" male teacher. Let's call him HUMPTY DUMPTY because he looks like one. He was like speaking 90% japanese in class and did not explain 100% of what he asked we all to read out loud..I think I can only understand

inchi - one
ni - two
san - three
yon - four
gou - five
roku - six
nana - seven
haji - eight
kyuu - nine
juu - ten

konbawa - good evening
ohayu gozaimsu - good morning
sumimasen - i'm sorry
shitsuree shimasu - excuse me/formal goodbye/can i come in? *like when doing something rude*
arigatoo gozaimasu - thank you

and some others which i can't remember..gonna do revision..and he asked we all to learn the hiragana asap as next week is the test! you know how the hell it looks like? 36 characters and you gonna remember how it read and how to write..wah lao..the strokes are harder than chinese characters! i swear! and he was using me as example in the class like elaine san wa singapuru jin desuka = is Ms Elaine a sinagporean? and the class gonna replied Hai Elaine san wa singapuru jin desu or if i answer myself then it will be Hai soodesu.

Maybe some simple one (since i open my textbook now):
Situation: if you mean a person for the first time, eg: your customer.
your name -> XX desu. Hajimemashite. Doozo yoroshiku onegaishimasu. *pls bow lower*
if you are meeting any japanese whose rank is higher than you, then you must bow lower and be more couteous, that is their culture.

Situation: Doko e ikimasu. ->where are you going?
gakko e ikimasu. -> I am going to office.
eega ni ikimasuka -> are you going for movie?
iie eega niwa ikimasen -> no i'm not going for movie OR
hai ikimasu -> yes i am

WA is a topic marker so you see it in almost all replies.
E is to, usually place after the location.
NI is purpose.
since eega is an event or action, then when replying must add NI instead of E.

kind of confusing cos iku = go but it is not polite
so must use ikimasuka or ikundesuka
then not going is ikimasen or ikanaindesu.

then kuru = come but also not polite so must use kimasu or kurundesu.
kimasen or konaidesu means not coming

Situation: are you coming to my place - kokoe kimasuka/kurundesuka
no your place is far, i am not coming - iie sokoewa ikimasen.

i'm not a good teacher but i think i explain better than the HUMPTY DUMPTY. But if you wana learn more, pls don't come to my school. IT's lousy.

a virutal quarrel with MR ORR BII SAI TOWKAY

i knew i will lose my job if i say these to MR ORR BII SAI TOWKAY

so i gonna do it virtually:

me: are you not please with me?
him: yes, you always make mistakes, which is everyday and don't check carefully. Also, you speak loud and laugh loudly.
me: so since that's case, why don't come talk to me and instead going round spreading rumors?
him: ...did i (an act blur face)
me: yes. you did! the rumors has spread to my ears, though you think it's so ashamed for a guy to go round spreading rumores and especially it's his staff? If I don't do well, you will also be embarrass!
him: *a pissed off face*
me: anyway, can you stop talking loud about your soccer bets or your shares!! you are speaking too loud and affecting my concentration, that's explain why i make mistakes everyday. if you got nothing to and you wish to gossip etc, pls do it softly. or maybe you can suggest to GM that you wan to sit near buddies. (stick my tongue out!)

i'm not going to resign just because of this MR ORR BII SAI TOWKAY, cos he should be the one to go, not me. So i shall play the fittest of survival with him.

loves my colleagues, they support me as well..WTF. who don't make mistakes?

my short hair

i think the last time was 9 yrs old, when i had my short hair..i stepped into the saloon, knowing the hairdresser will do her best for me, i told her i knew i can't have short hair cos my hair is thick, but i really wish to have that..she said ok, no problem..


so this is her masterpiece..

it's supposed to be shorter at the back, but she is so busy and i think she forgotten about that..anyway, i'm going to back for her to do the rebond again and dye my hair violet..
since my hair is at shoulder length, it's so hard to keep in straight, it will curl according to my shoulder shape..sigh..waste of $$..

cost me 180 bucks, you should be saying huh u kana cheated..but i think she charged based on my long hair..meaning before hair cut..anyway..she gave me a free treatment and she is really 'xin xin' lor.

anyway..the guanyin dan event started..and so i was on leave on monday to help out..i have been washing things for abt 3 hours?? under the sun? and in the evening, wash hubby car? haha..exercise ma..oh yah..and i went out with my ex colleagues and ex boss to celebrate his birthday in advance..we had thai food..my favourite place..cheap and good..P&P Thai food at Geylang Bahru. Does not have the equipment to upload the pics yet..Once ready, will upload.

Ok, I will be staying over at my in laws place for a week..so don't jio me out this wk (haha..) to be a nephew sitter. After all the tough washing yesterday, I am so tired and my shoulder is aching..argh..

F***ing pissed!

I am so so furious that i really need this space to rant out!!! I felt so betrayed! we promised to loan you with terms and conditions(and with repeated reminders)and YET this idiot did not fufil his promise and fu*king act innocent and think it no BIG DEAL! what the hell..

I will NEVER EVER loan my precious to anyone, esp those who broke promise!

Japanese Lesson!!

Da Dah! I'm starting my basic jap course on 23rd Oct! fully sponsored by my company for the basic. I gonna study till the final papers, which approximately takes me a yr or so to complete. Hopefully, with ther cert, I will get promoted..hee heez..

been sick for the last 2 weeks, fever for consecutive 4 days, then cough non stop..so i think i have not been drinking for abt..1 month ba..haha..

weekends are still the same, in-laws house, then sunday wash car with hubby..it's a tough job but a sweet thing to do together!

next week,is the one in a year praying thing again.. Am going to take leave on Monday and Friday as Friday is the dinner and I will move in to in-laws place for a week, though hubby is not going to be in town on Tues to Thurs, need to help out ma..family event..and mum is gonna be there to help too..so not that bad..
