the cheat

was so shocked that this actually happen in my family!! and i thought the cheaters were been caught and won't dare to commit the crime again after the screening of 'Crime Watch' last month!

both mum and dad were at home yesterday noon at 1plus and received a call with the background 'crying for help' sound which sound so like my younger bro (who is in camp now). This F**king China guy told my parents he is a loanshark and my bro owe them 30k. They will beat my brother till death if my parents dun pay up for him. Mum was so anxious and told dad to continue the conversation instead. Dad told this F**k china guy that bro was a good boy and won't ever do this kind of thing. So the F**ker told my dad that bro was a gurantor for a girl, and the girl ran off. So he will have to pay. Dad was so worried and somehow believe in the f**ker..

Luckily mum was alert, she do some praying to 大伯公and was calm down. Immediately she recalled watching 'Crime watch' about such case and called up my 2 bros, which 1 of them is in camp and the other 1 is working. Of course, the 2 of them told my mum that it must be a HOAX!

My ALERT mum snatched the phone over and told the f**ker, I only have daughter, no sons. F**ker replied,"OH 你没有儿子那你等着替你儿子收白金". My mum shouted at him and slammed the phone. And the call ended.

mum called the police and reported the case. And the fannie policeman asked my mum so was it 30k or 30 bucks? Mum replied him if 30 bucks then i would have just give them la!

Aiyoyo..pals..pls informed yr parents abt the HOAX! Sometimes it not about how smart your parents were but it just the moment, when any parents hear their children are in trouble, they will be so worried and get cheated easily.

Thanks to my mum being alert and watching "Crime Watch", else 30k will be gone!
Btw, taught them on how the cheaters attacked and always asked them for their numbers. Norm, they don't gave. There was a 'subordinate court call' cheat case 1 yr ago.

a sickly week

can't believe that when i make so much plans for the long weekend and yet this is happening to me.

on Mon: Diarrhea
Tues: MINY diarrhea
Wed: Sore throat and then whole body ache after lunch
Thur: fever and sore throat (it's throat infection)

I HATE THROAT INFECTION. it always make me go on fever for days. Usual pattern:
1st day - no fever
2nd day - 38degree celcius
3rd day - 40degree celcius

and i was thought, shit have i gotten dengue? but it was always Throat infection! argh

The saddest was hubby happens to travel this week! ARGH ARGH argh!

updates of my life

started my driving lesson last week..Mr Ang is my instructor,a friendly nice uncle..my 2nd lesson was yesterday, and while i was on my way to Eunos, the boss Mr Tan called and said my instructor was sick. In my heart I was thinking, will him ask me not to come today since Mr Ang was on MC? But they told me if i did not inform 2 days before my lesson abt i can't make it, i will still have to pay for my fee. So will they give me a lesson free??

Mr Tan said he arrange Uncle Goh to teach me, and so when I was there at 6pm, he did not appear. 5 mins later, one ah chek puffing his cig came. He is UNCLE GOH. So again, I was asked to turn around the carpark.

Mr Ang said, hands must be at 10 to 2 postion, and must use the lock and turn method to turn the steering wheel. So i did the same at 2nd lesson. But UNCLE GOH said it was slow method. So he taught me a new one, when turning, both hands must be up at the top, thumb must not be inside of the steering wheel, when turning, one hand pull and the other hand relax. OK, good method but can u understand that i was been taught 2 diff methods at 1 week apart when i was just a newbie? And he keep touching my hands, no where else, but I was uncomfortable cos I felt that I wasn't given a change to steer and turn myself. He kept putting his hand at the wheel or touch my hand to guide me..how can learn like this?! Plus he said he retire for 6 yrs then yesterday was just to help Mr Tan out. HOW CAN LIKE THAT?!

I told hubby, in future, if Mr Ang is not coming, I will just miss the lesson. I HATE THIS UNCLE GOH and he was like grumbling abt the pedestrians, the car etc, saying carpark is so packed. ALAMAK, this carpark is you all chose one leh! NONE OF MY BUSINESS, GRUMBLE FOR WAT!

Anway, 算了, next time i will NOT BE A FOOL AGAIN.

My test date: 24th July 2.45pm. Wish me good luck..IT WILL BE A SUNNY DAY!

this kind of count down sounds like a BIG Day or anniversary or birthday countdown..but it's not..


I have been waiting for my flat key since Feb and now i got to believe that i will only get the key in end June, which is the the date that was mentioned in my HDB account.

so anyway, as i mentioned before, i am not going to move till Dec/Jan, months before CNY. But I need to get the key to get my home measurements so to find the MR RIGHT to do my house reno. ;p

Reno tips: study renotalk, the T-blog area where the diff owners have diff designs to do up their house. but it makes me confused too as there were many choices for lightings, kitchen ware, furniture, curtain shops.

oh one more good news, the next blk of mine, some of them already gotten their keys, and on the #13, there is a vacant 3 room that is selling at 145k now, which means my hse will make a small profit if i were to sell after 5 yrs! ;)
