F.R.I.E.N.D.S

I remembered when I was young, my mum brought us to her friends's place and as we grew up, we visit lesser and lesser, then no visits at all. Then 1 day I asked mum, how come we stop visiting your friends?? She replied that they have grown up, got married and have kids..so each of the are busy with their own life, so it's hard to keep in contact..

Then I thought, will I be like her when I grow up??

So I told myself, no matter how busy I am with my married life, or when I have kids, I will arrange to meet up with my friends, whether they come over my place, or I go over to their place, maybe I still can afford to do so now, but not sure when I grew older..

I have a friend, whom i knew her since sch days. She broke off with her ex recently after being together for 7 months. I did not like her ex all along, as to me he was a flirt and he could break up with his ex for my friend, I was thinking he will do so to my friend one day. ( I has the same experience). Her ex went to sms my sch mate and she is upset about it. But I told her, since their relationship is over, why care about that? Just forget the guy and move on..She thought I am siding our sch mate and she is pissed over it..So she ignored me for 2 weeks..then text me. She smsed and said she was broke as she splurged as she was depressed. And so she need to borrow $ from me. I was pissed but I still think of lending to her (afterall, if your Best Friend is broke, you should have lend some to her to survive till pay day right?).

At the end of the day, she mentioned that she managed to sell her asset away and no need to loan from me. I told her that not only her in this world have problems, everyone has their own too. She replied that she understood and she agreed that she is SELFISH. But I thought I need some time to cool off, and she needs too..

So I called her after 2 weeks, and she did not pick up. She text me and said she need some time to forget her ex and told me not to call her (AGAIN?!). I was like WTF..ok. so I did not call up till she called me and soon we met up for dinner which was 2 weeks ago. I can tell that she was really getting over it and she was happy with her single life now..

And yesterday, she text me and said there was this guy who was going after her, started calling her and mentioned her ex to her again.. and she was pissed again! So she told me that I don't understand her as a friend at all..bla bla..WTF!!!! I think she's crazy..i had enough torturing from her! hubby told me to ignore her forever..but i just felt affected..I'm worried that she will do something silly, on the other hand, I begin to felt disappointed in her etc..

Can someone tell me what to do?
