been busying looking around for furnitures, but did not purchase any yet..except for:
-Sealy King size bed..woo the thoughts of it makes me sleepy.
-LG fridge and washing machine (very KS hor? but surprisingly, the price increase leh!)

More or less, we have decided for that ID, cos he is handsome..haha and the price is reasonable. We've been asking ard 10 ID/contractors to quote but he seems to be the cheapest, compare to contractors. Of course, i am worried that he gave poor quality of work, but apparently, he did my friend's place and it looked perfect except for some minor retification. Well, no one is perfect right? Even you get the top designer, but you might not get the top carpenter (after all his team are the one who prove the results)

ID has gotten our layout ready and once we confirm the layout, he will be doing the 3D which means i need to hand in the 1st 10% downpayment liao. Poorer again. He was quite upset when he heard that we only intend to start after Lunar 7th mth. But what to do, who ask the developer so slow in passing key to HDB, then slow to us..

Dunno what this pple is doing, this must be the worst flat they have built, took so long to complete. *ROAR* lolx.

Recently, i felt agitated easily, quarrel with the driving sch boss and my boss, shan't go into details. But I wonder what is me or the weather or them that pissed me off?

Anyway, this month was Prestina birthday and we gave her a watch, which she is fond of it..and her expression was "WOAH".

Told the sisters, i am not holding my birthday at any pubs but instead my home, i can cook for them, they can the whole carton of beer, while i have my coffee. Exepected that they will say I am AUNTIE.

Mother in law is not feeling well last night, and i hope she recover soon, so she can continue to nag me or others.

Hopefully, by July, I'll get my house keys then it's time for me to reveal how small my place is.
